Privacy Policy of the Store

Data processing occurs on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., your consent to the processing of personal data.
3. Obligation/Voluntariness of Providing Personal Data
Providing your personal data is voluntary and a condition for the execution of the order.
4. Duration of Data Processing
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the date of order execution.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
Recipients of your personal data are: a.) accounting offices providing services to the data controller; b.) courier companies executing orders for the data controller; c.) logistic operators whose services are used by the data controller; d.) hosting companies providing the platform for the operation of the www.loola.pl Store; e.) entities handling electronic or credit card payments; f.) suppliers providing the Administrator with technical and IT solutions supporting the Administrator in conducting business activities.

- request the transfer of personal data.

Withdrawing your consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the legality of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
8. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the General Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data.
9. Our Store also uses so-called cookies.
These files are saved on the Customer's computer by our server and provide statistical data about the Customer's activity to tailor our offer to their individual needs and tastes. The Customer may at any time disable the option of accepting cookies in their web browser, though they should be aware that in some cases disconnecting these files may affect the difficulties in using our Store's offer. Cookies saved on the Customer's computer store information about:
- the User's session,
- the recently viewed products,
- voting in a survey.
10. Promotional and advertising materials are sent to Customers only if they have given their consent.
This particularly applies to the newsletter sent to the Customer, if they confirm the link provided by us, containing consent to receive the newsletter about current promotions, discounts, and new products in our Store. These materials relate exclusively to the offer of our Store.
