Returns/Complaints

 

RETURNS:

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return the items.
  • The returned dresses must have all original tags attached and show no signs of wear.
  • IMPORTANT: Include the return form that was provided with your order. If you do not have the form, you can download it here: FORM
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES SENT WITH CASH ON DELIVERY.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT PARCELS THAT REQUIRE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE! This applies to shipments from outside the EU (e.g. the UK) that involve customs duties or additional formalities.
  • You must send the return package at your own cost via post or a local courier service to the following address:

REFUND DETAILS:

  • We will refund the cost of the dress(es) and, in the case of a full order return, the minimum available shipping cost of 15 PLN (approximately 3.61 EUR).
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the return package.
  • Refunds are processed only to Polish bank accounts. For international bank transfers, the store is not responsible for any bank fees – these costs are borne by the buyer. This also applies to transactions made via PayPal.
